Sticky Fingers sold in a large sale of mostly 80's/early 90's masterings.  Sticky Fingers made it's debut on CD in 1986 when Sony took over the Rolling Stones Records catalog.  This remaster came in 1990 before Virgin took over the catalog in 1994 for it's own remastering series.  The early years of CD's were, shall we say, low frills.  It was the "magic" of CD quality that enabled $14.99 pricing across the board.

The album of course is unassilable, standing among the very best in the Stones catalog.  I might prefer it to everything rhwy put out and I never tire of it.  This time period was a such a great stretch of releases it defies review.

Heart is beating louder than a big bass drum.  Alright!
