This 12" I found in a stack of techno records against a garbage can outside Sunny & Annie's in the East Village as the sun was coming up and I was hailing a cab home to Brooklyn.  These might have been the records to motivate me to start listing on Discogs in roughly 2013.  This particular 12" was 10 years old at the time.  The base song, "Mundian To Bach Ke" is an international hit featured in the film Bend It Like Beckham, remixed by Jay-Z and even 20 years later can be a sport feature in the UK.

These dance remixes render the original song almost unrecognizable.  That's what dance remixes are for.  Since I really didn't know the song in the first place, it was almost lost on me why I had 3 copies of this and different remixes, but now I've kind of figured it out and actually like the original song.

Sometimes mainstream multi kulti is ok.
