You can't go wrong with this Bollock Brothers A-side. A vocalist named Sex Dwarf intones a paraphrase of the title. The Removal. SLOWLY. Of Vincent Van GOGH's (rhymes with cough). Left Ear. Then the screaming begins. Martin Glover from Killing Joke aka Youth plays guitar on this.
The B-side, "Scream 'n' Shout" is a reworking of Gary Glitter's "Rock 'n' Roll (Part 2)" A nostalgic lyric to days gone by that goes on for the whole side which for 12 inch land is about 6 or 7 minutes. They called this Part 2001.
The Bollock Brothers went on from 1979 for many many releases that turned up in alternative import bins expecially in the 80's. Founding vocalist Jock Macdonald died in a drowing incident last year. While this was their only release I ever really bought, the Sex Pistols remake album and their first album The Last Supper I remember seeing constantly as if I had bought them anyway.
Aaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh...
