I wrote about the follow-up to this a couple years back and managed to give that one an A-.  Today I decided this one is a baseline B+ and I bet if you play them side by side there is very little to differentiate the quality of the two.  It just becomes the mood you are in, how much you like the genre and where it sits in the canon.  Sort've like Jazz.

When the clunk of a singular cowbell resonates on "Horses Are OK,"  one turns their head in surprise. When a cascade of cowbell beat happen later, not so much.

This is the quirk of Oxes.
