London garage punk band fronted by screamer Delia Sparrow.  Interestingly, she contributed liner notes on a Raincoats album called Moving a couple years prior.  She has also managed to be in a litany of bands like Baby Birkin, Mambo Taxi, Manic Cough, Punjab Rovers,  Reverend Pike, The A-Lines, Action Time, The Schla La Las, VA6, Ye Nuns, The Family Way and even Thee Dagger Debs!  Drummer Karen Hill was also in Huggy Bear.  Sean Forbes was mostly known for playing in Wat Tyler.

I probably saw this on a list somewhere, maybe WMBR's playlist and picked it up on sight as something to check out.  The band was established with an album and some singles and splits when this came out, but they were nearing the end of their run with other bands to play in.  There is a bit of anonymous charm to this music that gets ruined a bit when you realize there is a big discography and endless family tree branches behind it.  Purile shit works better bashed out one time with the best examples on a solitary single.

In my brain this works better as a one and done.
