Sometimes a song triggers a joke in my head funny only to me. Such is the case with "Can't Stand Losing You." In my brain, the lyrics are anti-cough drop. That's right "I can't, I can't, I can't stand LUDENS."
I got this back when I would occasionally buy a single of a hit song that I liked in my pre-teen years. This was a dollar find, I'm guessing at a WCUW used record fair. I think I also found Tom Petty's then recent Long After Dark for $3 so that would place it around 1982 that I found this.
The 2 hits back to back mean you don't get their intended B-sides: "Peanuts" which was also on Outlandos D'Amour with the hits and "Dead End Job" which was a single only track.
Neat artifact from when people bought consolidated reissues of hit 45's.
Can't stand LUDIN' you!
