Los Angeles indie Kraut/Hawkwind inspired (the Faust-like sleeve) came out of the gate with this 7" I bought in Etheria's close out bin for around a dollar sometime in the aughts. By now they have an extensive discography but I never investigated them beyond this record which I didn't remember whatsoever beyond this packaging.
This is one of those crapily mastered cool looking productions, dreaded PVC plastic cover be damned. This is the only way to hear "Icarus" by itself, since that has been combined with "Daedalus" in an 11+ minute track from the So Many Minds, So Little Time album Purple Pyramid issued in 1997. The longer combined track is much better in almost every way. "Visions of Infinity," a vocal track, appeared on the same album. While this isn't bad space rock, there is a vibe to it that is somewhat disposable.
Even with the passionate "this is our art" mission statement the label enclosed.
