The naughty aughties were the time of slipcase 3-track CD's produced by bands looking to play or do whatever. I have a whole stack of them in a few piles on a storage shelf except when I was looking for this one it found it's way not in the stack isolated on another shelf. I managed to go through each and every other slipcase CD there before finally finding this one.
Since this band is from the Bay Area, I'm guessing I got it booking a show at Midway or maybe doing booking work at Organic Entertainment. This has a style in the vein of Radiohead or a less anthemic U2. There is a faint hint of prog tossed in. It has a air of wallpaper competency, if that's what cranks your wank.
It doesn't crank mine.
