1980 live compilation of the San Francisco venue the Deaf Club.  It opens with a few prime era Dead Kennedys tracks then goes into more "obscure" left of San Francisco punk fringe music.   Ralph Records' Tuxedomoon close the record and the rest of the bands in the middle are interesting enough.

KGB has a good 2 song contribution along the lines of Radio Birdman., "Dying In The USA,"  and "Picture Frame Seduction" are both excellent.  The Offs are like the Dickies with horns.  Mutants had a theatrical art punk bent, with B-movies running through the tracks here.   Pink Section are female sung agit-punk.. Think less commercial than the Slits devoid British or Reggae influences. 

Tuxedomoon take on the Stones "19th Nervous Breakdown" in German until the chorus.  The record closes with a cover of "In Heaven" from the David Lynch film Eraserhead.

Art for arts sake at the dawn of the 80's.
