Quartet of early mid 90's noise rock bands.  The best of these, Bigdamncrazyweight are the one that can be streamed.  They remind me of Green Magnet School when Tim sings.  Figures they made it to Sub Pop for at least a single I think from Albuquerque.  Since the single splits label sides, Elephant is from Albuquerque also from that label.  The flip side is the Heat Blast side with Slag from Charlestown, MA where my band Suck used to rehearse around the same time.  Daisycutter was from Red Bank, NJ.

Daisycutter I remember liking and buying their CD in the $5 bin when it was new.  Slag I also have a single of, the track within was memorable for it's porno lyric content that corporations would nix today.  Elephant, the opening band, was the band I didn't really know.

Decent cut above genre genericism.
