One of my favorite singles of the Noise Rock era, "Kicked In The Head" is a couple minutes of 4-chord perfection with a punctuating Greg Ginn style solo.  I first bought this for the Pussy Galore affiliation of Julia Cafritz, but Ned Hammond proved to be the star of the show.

"Bum My Trip" repeats the same formula, but on a single, the formula doesn't tire the way it did on their full length debut.  This was a band of small doses.  The albums were middling plus, the singles great as was the More Fast Numbers EP.

This might be my favorite single of the 80's.
