Likable garage punk band led by vocalist/guitarist Brijitte West, most recently (to my knowledge) in Brijette West and the Desperate Hopefuls.  Funny, I was just in a conversation where someone was talking about the Blue Chieftains and lo and behold that was one of the many bands co-guitarist Stephen Antonakos was in.  Sadly,  Stephen passed of COVID in 2020.  Bass player Ray Rainville was previously in the Cycle Paths and the drummer John Melville went on to the Everyothers and Submarine Bells.

When this came out, the band was a regular on bills in the East Village like Continental and CBGB's.  I don't think I ever saw them but it's possible I did since I remember their name always being around.  That was why I picked this up vinyl digging at the Thing in Greenpoint.  Most of the 7" singles I was going through didn't have covers and were from the 50's & 60's.  This was an oddity in the giant box since it was one of the few with a sleeve and a more recent band, so I picked it up for a dollar.

Sometimes the indistinguishable are distinguished.
