Excellent sample based electronic splice and dice unit founded by Mark Gunderson in the 80's.  ECC first came to my attention in 1996 with a crazy mix of Herb Alpert Whipped Cream meets Public Enemy.  This one is a Dan Rather meets AC/DC hybrid with a B-side of the Rather word samples only.  It reminds me of the type of thing that got Negativland in legal trouble and sure enough they were released on Negativland's Seeland label in the aughts.

This type of record probably couldn't even be released in the digital era, as much as Gunderson swears up and down the samples constitute fair use.  For starters, if AC/DC wouldn't give Back In Black rights to the Beastie Boys for the same sample, why would it allow the right to some artists from San Francisco?
